@dudelovesspace: Filament Eruptions! The Sun's Surface Through My Solar Telescope #Astronomy#space#solarsystem Watch amazing filament eruptions unfold on the Sun’s surface captured with my solar telescope setup from my backyard! This time-lapse reveals mesmerizing solar activity through a special filter, the Daystar Quark Chromosphere, bringing you views of solar flares and chromospheric features in exquisite clarity. Perfect for astronomy enthusiasts and those seeking a unique view of our closest star. Curious about how I capture these shots of The Sun? Check out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MVXYaBNYRNA Audio Credits: ESA - "Sounds of a Solar Storm: Radio Bursts from the Sun" From the ESA-led Solar Orbiter mission https://www.esa.int/ESA_Multimedia/Videos/2025/03/Listen_to_the_Sun_s_own_radio_station ESA & NASA - Sonified data from the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO) https://soundcloud.com/nasa/sun-sonification These sounds are based on real scientific data turned into audio by ESA and NASA. I’ve cut up and remixed bits from both to make this version but all credit for the original recordings goes to the space agencies and the amazing scientists behind them. The speed of this footage is almost 600x compared to real time.
