@luckyhando: This Hongdae Ramen Machine Makes Buldak Even Better Today’s video is from the famous CU convenience store in Hongdae, where you can cook ramen inside a special “Ramen Library” space. I tried **Buldak Carbonara** again for the first time in a while and made it with a special recipe to reduce the spiciness. 💰 Buldak Carbonara: ₩1,700 (≈ $1.26) 💰 Ramen machine fee: ₩2,000 (≈ $1.48) 💰 Mozzarella cheese: ₩1,600 (≈ $1.18) Here’s how I made it: 1) Put the noodles into boiling water. 2) With about 2 minutes left, add the Buldak sauce + carbonara sauce and mix. 3) With 30 seconds left, add mozzarella cheese so it melts perfectly. Normally, when using the ramen machine, you’re supposed to pour out a little bit of water, but if you skip that step and cook it directly with the sauce, it becomes creamy and super delicious. And with mozzarella cheese on top, it’s perfect. If you visit Hongdae, definitely try ramen using the CU ramen machine. It’s a famous spot and such a fun experience. 📍 Hongdae, Seoul #Buldak #KoreanConvenienceStore #Hongdae #RamenMachine #불닭까르보나라
