Hapa nipee chai strungi 🇰🇪🇹🇿‼️Donuts recipe : 1 cup warm milk 1/4 cup sugar 1 tbsp active yeast 31/2 all purpose flour Pinch of salt 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (completely optional) 1 egg 1/4 cup butter Added milk, sugar and my yeast , cover for 10 mins for it to activate. Has to be foamy . Add flour, pinch of salt, an egg & butter. Mix them together and start kneading your dough until soft . Cover for 30 minutes to double in size . Take your air out and roll it to a not so thin circle . Use anything to make the circle shape (has to be like a cutter on the circular edge. ) . You can cover one last time for like 15 minutes before frying them. I use medium to low heat! Nb: you can always take your oil out for your second batch for it to cool before frying.
