he clearly had something to hide or he wouldn't have tried to run thats why you should do whats asked i mean what does anyone expect is going to happen especially if you have a weapon ya know that is his weapon that is why he tried to get away if your going to be a tough guy with authority dont carry weapons just use your hands it most likely wont have this type of outcome
