Since the police department cannot and will discipline their own for wrong doings. The federal government need to step in and review the case, clearly they will see that the police officer that responded to the call used excessive force. Then they tried to cover up their misconduct by charging Tyler with bogus charges. The feds need to step in and charge the police officer and his supervisors with abuse of authority under the color of law. ✌️✌️✌️
