Pre-concert fuel at Ceru 🎼 @cerulondon 📍South Kensington Before heading to the Streets of Christmas concert at the Royal Albert Hall last year, we indulged in the bold, vibrant flavours of the Levant at Ceru. Inspired by the founders’ travels across the Eastern Mediterranean, the menu isn’t tied to one country but beautifully showcases the region’s essence. Menu highlights 👇🏼 - Three in One Dips – houmous, fadi (roasted courgette, garlic, yoghurt, and tahini) and hamara (tangy red pepper & walnut) with freshly baked Greek pita - Lamb Shoulder – their signature slow-roasted dish with 12 shawarma spices, pomegranate sauce, fresh mint and pistachios - Spiced Cauliflower & Walnut – pomegranate, spring onion and mint - Cypriot Halloumi & Red Peppers – with smoky harissa dressing - Sautéed Mushrooms – portobello and shiitake with spring onion, pistachios and tahini labneh - Orez – Arabic-scented fried rice with crispy onions, sultanas, and parsley Sharing dishes is always my go-to, and Ceru was a great spot to fuel before immersing ourselves in a magical evening at the Royal Albert Hall. - @kirstyjarvie_
