Honestly made this recipe us as I went so if you’re interested!! ingredients 220g flour 1tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp (3g) salt 113g unsalted butter (room temp) 2tbsp instant coffee 1 egg 150g brown sugar 100g chocolate For the crème: 120ml double cream 225g mascarpone 20g sugar Makes 18 Method: 1. Mix a tiny bit of water with coffee then add to butter and mix until completely combined. 2. Ad sugar and egg 3. Add flour and baking powder and add in 100g choc chips 4. Bake for 9 mins at 180 and then press down and bake for a further 2 Mix the crème togther and add on top and dust with coco powder #baking #recipies #BakeWithMe #cookies #baker
