Now it’s been cut down, time to make the best of it and put a fence along the property line to make sure it’s *very* clear where they aren’t allowed to trespass.

The fact there is basically a garden bed straddling both properties makes me think at some point the neighbors (probably previous residents) got along and agreed to hide the utility boxes. Sad it came down to a duel over some bushes. Like seriously what is the extra cost to either side just to have the whole thing trimmed ?

Karen did well removing the utility box access issue, i used to cut things down all the time to get access, which wasn't part of my job, but had to be done before I could do my job. Very annoying when people do this. My area gives a utility easement 5-foot radius of the box, anything put there can be removed with no warning, hell the bill for removal could be sent to the homeowner responsible.

Not defending her but Was there access cut in to get to the telephone and cable pedestals there? If not it was probably only a matter of time until one of the utilities did it.
