@user2016nagel0pringlman: Day 4: Gummo (1997). Watching a movie everyday in December. Very special movie to say the least. It’s one of these ”deep art” kinda films. Very liminal space ah. It feels like this movie smells bad and you wanna wash yourself after watching it. It’s very weird. It has no plot but it has some messages. You can understand it’s trying to show problems like alcohol, animal abuse, ableism, racism, sexism etc in a small American village. Probably gives a pretty solid and realistic view of it is/was. Some movies don’t feel like movies, it’s to close and ”realistic” no real acting. It was like a artpiece. Weird but still pretty cool. I liked some characters, but probably not gonna watch it again. #gummo #gummo1997 #movie #edit #lucki
