Hi, I recently woke up with a continuous popping/crackling noise that felt like it was coming from the nasal area towards the back of my head and ears. Any of yall have tips to relief this cause my ear rn feels really pressured and when I touch and part of my ear it feels bubbly or like eachoey and when I move my jaw or anything then the pressure shifts

I had a cold flu for 3wks and afterwards my left ear plugged and I hear the crackling and all symptoms you mentioned plus nausea. Going on 3wks now and it is supper annoying. I feel best when laying down.
