The problem is you didn’t buy a Tesla. I’ve driven from Houston to San Antonio and Austin and didn’t make much o a difference in travel time cause we normally stop at Buc-ee’s on these road trips anyway and Buc-ee’s has installed super charger at their locations now. So the time use shopping there our Tesla charges

Took me 7 hours on a 7 hour trip with my Toyota Hybrid. Never stopped for gas. Will never to an EV. But so far, no regrets on the hybrid.
