@stevedoran_: The smartest way to invest in property is through a limited company using a director’s loan. Buy, refurbish, refinance, pull your money back out tax free and scale fast. This is how you build assets and passive income. #propertyinvestment #ukproperty #brrmethod #limitedcompany #passiveincome
So where the credit check under the company or the person

Wanting to do this but they want £100k deposit then fees then money to refurb! We do refurbs as a business and fed up making others money! They want £2.5k a month to repay mortgage. We turnover £250k a year! Just need that first step and we are on our way!!

If u have a saving of £20k, how can someone just put the money into the account? You will be questioned. The saving comes from years of savings

Would it not be better to invest in S&S ISAs. A couple could get £40k a year in all tax free.
