I tore my mcl in sixth grade and it healed naturally, every time I bent it I could hear the scar tissue inside just tearing and popping, never felt a better sensation than when I sat in my knees after tearing my meniscus in seventh grade

literallyyyy i was struggling so hard to get full extension and after i did my exercises i went to bend my knee and it popped and all of a sudden i had my extension 😂
