I'm Gonna say this flat out if it's on private property , the government shouldn't have any say on what you hunt on your own personal land

The warden should’ve sat at the road and waited for them to get done hunting, asked for their licenses. If it was all legit, give them a warning for the blinds. If it wasn’t legit, give them tickets for the blinds. Seems fair.

The Supreme Court has ruled against chevron deference. He should file suit and have the wildlife departments rules voided.

SirBaskinRobbins :
In most states, game wardens (wildlife officers) can enter private property without a warrant or permission, often bypassing standard Fourth Amendment protections. This authority stems from the "Open Fields Doctrine" and specific state laws that allow them to enter land to enforce hunting and fishing regulations, regardless of "no trespassing" signs.
