Until you get a new battery, keep that thing charged and with you. Don't assume it'll jump more than twice. That way you don't get stranded.

When starting a car make sure your foot is on the break peddled you don’t want it on the gas or you are more likely to flood your engine. Also trickle chargers are a lifesaver in cold weather not sure if you have an outlet that could reach where your parked but you keep it plugged it when the car is off and it keeps your battery warm and charging.

Typically when you jump start a car you have to wait at least 30 minutes so that the battery can recharge or else when you turn it off and try to turn it back on it won’t
