I think this is briennes version of Jaime's "kingslaying" because if lady stoneheart says "kill that guy" honor says she should. but will she? Will she kill this guy who's becoming a better person and who had bonded with her?. Jaime broke his oath to protect the king to save people in kingslanding, will brienne do something similar?

I love (for the story’s sake, not hers) this dilemma for Brianne because she is now put in the same position that Jaime was in. Her initial accusation against him was that he has forsaken his vows, and even though she comes to understand his motives, she’s now put to the same test of betraying one vow for another

It’s also a beautiful irony that Brienne wants so badly to do what’s right and she’s like the only person who understands why Jaime killed the mad king, so will she do what’s right by lying and tricking (like Jaime)?

It’s gonna be VERYY difficult for LS to be reasoned with abt Jamie since the last thing Cat heard before her son was killed infront of her was “Jamie Lannister send his regards”. But I hope for the sake of all of them that they can, I want LS to maybe retain even the slightest bit of Cat and for her to be reunited with at least one of the girls, but that’s probably wishful thinking lol.
