As a bbq fan. I don’t love the texture that the brine gives the meat. It’s delicious. BUT I prefer the regular smoke.

have you tried Kafi Bbq out in Irving? they also use wagyu for all their meat selections. its pretty incredible.

Wow I love how you describe the foods in general and that meat is super juicy and super tender 😍 I’ve been planing to go to Pecan Lodge and heard good things about it. Would love a great companionship like you to come with! 🥰 But yeah definitely will give this place a try soon!
