My weight didn’t change at all and I take this. I started at 173 on week 5 of my glp. Same weight. Didn’t work for me so weird. My best friend takes it and she’s like 125.

I’ve been taking just the vitamin D/K supplement for about a year now & I’ve had very low levels of vitamin D for over 2 decades. After 3 months of taking that supplement, my Dr had routine labs scheduled for my yearly exam & my Vitamin D levels were perfect for the first time in over 20 years! And I’m in active menopause, so it did the work!
