@foodkagechris: Antwort auf @ray340143 Lucifer inspired Pancakes 🍎🥞 from Hazbin Hotel 🦆😈  ​Ingredients: -​Batter -150 g flour -2 Tbsp granulated sugar -1 tsp baking powder -1/4 tsp salt -2 large eggs, separated -240 ml milk -60 g unsalted butter Sauce: -200 g fresh or frozen raspberries -50 g granulated sugar  -1 tsp fresh lemon juice  -1-2 Tbsp Brandy or Raspberry Liqueur of choice ​Apples -1-2 large crisp apples, sliced into Ducks -30 g unsalted butter -1 Tbsp brown sugar -1/2 tsp cinnamon -1 tsp flaky sea salt (optional) ​Toppings: -blueberries  -chocolate  ​Instructions: ​Whisk dry batter ingredients and whisk wet ingredients together. (Optional) Whip egg whites to stiff peaks, then gently fold into the batter.  Combine raspberries and sugar in a saucepan; simmer over medium-low heat until syrupy (5-8 min). ​Strain for a smooth sauce or leave seeds. Stir in lemon juice and liqueur (optional). Refrigerate until completely cool. ​ Cut duck shapes out of an apple. Gently sauté the ducks in butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon over medium-low heat. Flip carefully until glazed and firm. Keep warm. ​Pour 60 ml batter onto a hot griddle; cook until bubbles form, then flip until golden. ​Stack 3 pancakes. Pour the cool Raspberry Sauce around the base to create the "sea." ​Arrange the warm apple ducks on the sauce.
