@the_tinnitus_cookbook: Three years ago today I filmed this when I was struggling with tinnitus … I conistently woke up overwhelmed, went back to sleep, and felt completely controlled by the noise. Looking back now, I barely recognise that version of me. I’ve grown, learned, and built resilience I never thought possible. I no longer give in to the noise, I live my life alongside it.
