The Chanel ones are like that because they’re supposed to be glasses and not sunglasses. Those are called demo lenses. They’re meant to be replaced with your prescription lenses.

For the logo that’s etched into the lens it comes right off if you scratch with a nickel or penny and usually doesn’t mess up the plastic!
