I work a normal 9-5 but the key to ANY working mom is OUTSOURCING. hire the nanny. hire the house cleaner. hire whoever you need to make your life easier and give you more time with your kids!!

This is SO TRUE. Thank you!! I felt like I was failing because I felt like I was drowning every day with this dream and then I realized I’m watching 3 kids under 6. No childcare. Then I switched to 4 days a week school for my two biggest kids and now I get it. We need more influencers being transparent so THANK YOU

Childcare, whether daycare/nanny/or family, is so necessary if you work at all. It is the right decision for parents to make sure their kids needs are being attended to when they are working. That is taking care of your child.
