@willwallner: Awesome clip of Gary Moore playing the Les Paul I just bought at Bonhams. This is just a snippet from the encore of the 1999 Montreux Jazz Festival where Gary performs an 11 minute version of his classic Parisienne Walkways. There’s a beautiful 4 minute improvisation at the end where Gary really goes for it. When I bought the guitar at auction I had no idea it had been played at Montreaux for such an incredible performance. Honestly this clip will probably double the value of the guitar. After doing some research I found out it’s one of the very first 59 reissues ever produced from the Gibson Custom Shop when it was first established in 1993. This is most likely Gibsons first ever attempt at recreating the ‘Greenie’ Les Paul. I can’t wait until this guitar is in my hands… #garymoore #lespaul #encore
