I use mouth tape because it helps encourage nose breathing which is much better for you. AMA-zing doesn’t sell it anymore because it’s considered dangerous. I wake up without dry mouth using it. All the other claims are questionable.

I definitely tried it, but I do think it works on some people. Unfortunately, I think my genetics are not meant to have a chisel jaw, so tape like that isn’t going to work lol
