@Bose Bose QuietComfort Gen 2 🎧 First impressions after recently trying the Gen 1s and sending them back… These already feel better - the sliding mechanism is much smoother, more like the Ultra’s, and the overall feel is a definite improvement. A few things I’m less convinced by though 👀 The case feels a little too tight and I really wish Bose had matched it to the White Smoke headphones rather than the standard black case (Ultra’s get a white case). The new Immersion mode is nice, although I’m not sure how much I’ll actually use it - I’ll give the ANC proper tests on my next commute and run to see if they’re any better and up to par with Sony’s ANC. I also preferred the tactile feel of the old volume buttons and I’m not convinced about moving the power switch from the side to the bottom of the earcup. Overall though, first impressions are good, now I need to see how they perform on a run and whether they’re actually worth keeping 🎧 You can get 10% discount if you sign up to their newsletter for your first order or £25 off £100 spend if you’re a student and have student access 💡
