1st congrats on not pooing yourself. 2 welcome to shakey girl club. I also shake on my anti depressants and when I’m in shows it does get worse. It also gets worse after shows finish because I feel like I’m forgetting to be somewhere 🤦🏼♀️

What preventatives do you have ? I have amitriptyline and I had to up it to 3 a night for it to help. Also I have the Sephora one and loving it !!!

First thing I do after opening my Made by Mitchell adventure is come to see what you think of the days offering. Sometimes you pop up before I’ve had chance to open it and I have to put my phone away so I don’t ruin the surprise 🤣

danni . I am on quitapine for my bipolar and I have the shakes . they got that bad and when I was out and about i couldn't even hold a brew and the worst was when I was on holiday ordered spaghetti bol and I was that shakey I flung it everywhere 🙈🙈 they said its a side effect but because it was that bad they gave me a tablet called procyclidine and its calmed my shakes down so much. it was getting embarrassing but im back to normal now (im far from normal like 🤣) If they are causing you problems ask your GP about this medication xxx

I'm on migraine preventers and antidepressants and get hand tremors quite often. My migraine preventers are been discontinued soon though 😳
