@thechinesesouplady: 🌸 Discover the powerful benefits of Chen Pi (dried aged tangerine peel) in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). In this video I explain what Chen Pi is, how it works in the body, its TCM properties, and how you can easily use it in soups, teas, and everyday cooking. 🌸 Did you know that 100g of 10 year old chen pi costs like $200 USD? Chen Pi is warm, aromatic, and bitter, entering the Spleen and Lung meridians, which makes it incredibly useful for: ✔ supporting digestion ✔ reducing bloating and gas ✔ moving stuck Qi ✔ transforming phlegm and dampness ✔ cutting greasiness in soups ✔ preventing heaviness after meals ⚠️ Use less if you have: heat-type acne, dry mouth or dry throat, heat signs in the body, or yin deficiency 🌸 Learn all about chen pi here: https://thechinesesouplady.com/tangerine-peels-dried/ #chenpi #driedtangerinepeel #TCM #chineseingredients #soups

randy :
love these but sourcing the good stuff from xin hui is so difficult! organically grown specifically for TCM use. they even split the peels into early harvest (green peels), mid harvest, and late harvest.

i wish there are certified organic dried peels to buy. But who checks whether supplier is authentic organic farmer 😔. That's the scary part. They spray fruits with pesticide etc. Anyway, i can't get the thought out of my head ie whether putting it in soup or brewing tea, it's like having toxic cocktail. Anyway good of u to share yr knowledge.
