I miss "warmer" Incandescent bulbs (and amber street lights for that matter). LEDs are too white, sterile and cold.

I can only see properly with incandescent. I literally feel like everything else is dark and i cannot see woth amything else and then my anxiety goes way up

uh, general LED lights are based on 3 different colored diodes, RGB or Red/Green/Blue, to blend together to emit the desired color. When all 3 diodes are of equal brightness, that emits what we see as white.

I can tell you I had a few LED lights laying around from a sale that I seen and when I put one in the living room I noticed that I would start to feel sick after a while but then I switch back to the regular bulbs I felt fine
