Everything she said is true. They CAN remove all the add-ons/accessories. It’s just a markup tactic. ALSO, if you want a warranty, make sure to tell (not ask) finance for a ZERO deductible with the most mileage. If they say that “can’t” they’re lying so they won’t lose their commission. AND don’t mention you have a trade-in until you both agree on the on the “final price” cuz ur trade-in value will lower the price and they don’t want that. I recommend getting a print out carmax appraisal first then go to dealership. And if the carmax offer is higher than what the dealership is requesting, say you won’t take anything lower than the carmax value.
