I have a slight suspicion that it might be a case where the owners couldn't afford his medical care? Simply because he's HW-, his teeth are in good shape, and he's clearly been an inside dog. His nails are very long and starting to curl, but it doesn't stop the pep in his step! He sleeps in his kennel all day but is also more than happy to get some fresh air, with constant tail wags. He does know how to sit but I think he might have a tumor on his butt that's making it a little painful?
