Maybe it's time you stopped pleasing everyone and please yourself. Stop trying to show up for everyone and show up for yourself first and make yourself happy first. And having emotions is ok. Before being a mom, wife, daughter, friend, you are a woman. Life may not look how you envisioned by now but you look like a strong powerful woman to me.
