This reminds me of the new principle that we got for our high school. I did not know about this when I was in 9th grade but in 10th grade. I happened to find out about it and I guess the whole school has their own grades class trip. so the whole 10th grade including me. not sure how many people were able to go and who didn't but those who were able to go or afford to go. not sure how that worked. went to six flags in New Jersey. so I had so much fun that I wanted to go for the next year. we got a new principal. he canceled all the class trips except for the seniors and said the seniors are the only ones that are going to have class trips for now on. the school didn't even pay for the trips we had to pay for it for ourselves. whoever was able to go and come up with the money was able to go. but with the 11th grade I did not get to go and I did not go on the 12th grade one because the place that I went to for that one I had already been there and it was not very fun so I just decided not to do that one
