@falloncarrier: Jackson hole itinerary tips: 1. Itinerary is for beginner hikers, for more advanced hikers they have an abundance of great trails! 2. Time: Later summer; we went in August for hottest temperature 3. Weather: didn’t rain for us, weather in am was around 40’s-50’s so bring layers, then by noon 70’s 4. Hotel: we stayed outside the parks in Jackson hole, and we stayed at the Rustic inn, in the creekside cabins, a lot of amenities onsite and walking distance to restaurants. The parks have great hotels, I have a gluten allergy so we needed a town with multiple meal options 5. Rodeo: a lot of fun! Make sure to get there early to get good seats, as well they have food, drinks, gift shop, and a small bull ride for kids 6. Rental car: definitely a must, we got a Tahoe and split it with 4 people 7. The parks have food options, I have an allergy so in the future I would most likely pack a cooler with sandwiches and snacks. 8. Sightseeing: during our drive between each stop, there are an abundance of areas to pull over and take amazing picture. 9. Flights: we took nyc to Chicago to Jackson hole. However our flight home had a lot of issues. What I would do next time is do nyc to Salt Lake City and then drive the 4 hrs to avoid a connecting flight which typically has issues for me #fyp #itinerary #jacksonhole #grandtetonnationalpark #yellowstone
