I just quartered the recipe! I used the “ina garten brownie pudding recipe” from the food network. Here were my adjusted measurements: half a stick of butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons or 1/8 cup of flour. I split this into two ramekins! Baked at 350 in a water bath for 30-40 minutes. 🥰

This looks delicious and reminds me soooo much of the Swedish kladdkaka, which is a dessert we have made in Sweden for between 40-50 years!! The difference is that we don’t bake it in a water bath, but they look identical!!! Well I also assume that the brownie pudding is smoother because of the water bath, will definitely try to make this next time I feel like I want a Kladdkaka, but wanting to switch it up a little bit. Also tip, BROWN your butter for this!!
