@noomatics: NYC hits my system hard. The whole place runs on survival energy and I feel it instantly. Tension in the air. Noise in my body. People braced and barely breathing. It reads as darkness because so many are stuck in defense mode. When a place lowers my energy like this, I listen. I stop forcing it and protect my state. #nycenergy #nervoussystemregulation #breathworkcoach #highlysensitiveperson #survivalmode

J C Nich :
It is quite lawless too much ungodliness is openly performed and accepted. However, the Bible denotes “The earth is the LORD's, and the fullness thereof”the saints of God are supposed to be on duty seeking and saving.

Sometimes, the problem is not that you are not working hard. You are simply spreading your energy in too many directions. This powerful movie scene carries a lesson every young African should understand: If you put a little effort everywhere, you may see very little result. But when you choose one goal, concentrate on it, stay consistent, and give it your full attention — that is when things begin to change. You don't have to become successful overnight. Pick your direction. Stay focused. Keep working. Don't let distractions steal your energy. Your future needs your concentration. 🌍🔥 To every young African building a life from nothing: focus on what you want to become, and keep going. Follow Africa Must See for more powerful African stories and lessons. #PanAfricanism #AfricaRising #Africa
