“China urges the US to immediately end its blockade and all forms of coercion and pressure against Cuba, to stop infringing upon the Cuban people’s rights to life and development, and to refrain from setting itself against international consensus, history and justice, and the conscience of humanity,” said China's Permanent Representative to the UN Fu Cong at a meeting on the need to end the US economic, commercial and financial embargo against Cuba on Tuesday.
