@scibodytherapy: Let’s do a deep dive on the endometrium. What does it do and how does it work? #learnontiktokcontest #educatoraward #anatomy #medical #Science
It has brought me to much comfort to know that the uterun lining is shed every month as a way to protect the body, rather than what we've been taught, that the uterus is "punishing" us for not being pregnant

Thank you but please can you explain why I get cramps everymonth from 14 days to my period till I get my period? The cramps do last for about 15-20mins I guess but it’s so painful and excruciating, it happens twice a day sometimes I’m confused.

I really appreciate your content. my husband half listens to my tiktoks and he's learnt more from your videos the past year-ish than he has his whole life, and he has so much more appreciation and respect for what i (and women in general) go through. even if you're in perfect health, being a woman is rough!!!

This is why, when you miscarriage very early, you can’t find the tissue of the tiny developing embryo.

I NEED to know more about the recent discovery of period blood and the incredibly healing/regenerating cells found there 🥹 I feel like every month I’m wasting away miracle juice 🧃🤣

Can you speak about perimenopause and this BS I’m dealing with? I’m having periodic shedding of oooold lining which is super clumpy and sticky. ObGyn has checked and all is well. It’s just gross and annoying.

Why do we never get told this stuff?! Love your videos, as someone with endometriosis, having these videos really helps me understand what the hell is going on in there. If only my GP could tell me this stuff in such an accessible way...
