Thank you but please can you explain why I get cramps everymonth from 14 days to my period till I get my period? The cramps do last for about 15-20mins I guess but it’s so painful and excruciating, it happens twice a day sometimes I’m confused.

Can you speak about perimenopause and this BS I’m dealing with? I’m having periodic shedding of oooold lining which is super clumpy and sticky. ObGyn has checked and all is well. It’s just gross and annoying.
