Only thing I can say after whitening u have to maintain your cleaning, no red sauce or wine , no curry, turmeric, coffee, tea, if you do consume those u have to rinse after or brush anything that can stain, after the whitening u have to use a whitening toothpaste and keep using the whitening strips . Don’t do it only once, some people have sensitive teeth so be aware,
