Officer Sarah should be fired! she pulled a dangerous weapon, pointed it at the head of a calm, cooperating civilian. She either panicked and can't handle her role as a police officer or she is a racist instigating a peaceful situation into a volatile one. Either way she is in violation of keeping civilians safe as the only dangerous one in this situation was officer Sarah. Tax payers pay the salary of police office to protect and maintain peace, not threaten. Thankfully he mentioned he was video taping, because if he didn't his mama could be telling his story instead of him!
