To change this corruption which also happens in healthcare nurses/drs we have to make sure they are replaceable. rn we dont have enough so none go to jail & continue working even when they murder. Immigration can help with this, getting younger people in these fields. If they are not replaceable but their job is essential they become Godlike able to do whatever they want to others. Make them replaceable
