a garlic and onion allergy at olive garden... but they didnt tell me up front, they just said "no onion and no garlic please" so I assumed (as I think anyone would) that they just didnt like garlic and onion. 🤷♀️

i charged someones card for the wrong meal, didnt notice until after they left...so i then charged THEIR actual meal to someone elses card and just didnt say anything.. neither of the tables noticed even though it was like a $20 difference lmao

got sat an 8-top and at the table there were gifts. now, important detail, for my restaurant we had to ask our guests if they wanted any margaritas or beer (just to upsell yk). so anyways, i asked the table what they were celebrating. one woman points to another woman at her table and says “oh, her graduation!!” i said “period! from what?” she said “from a rehabilitation program!” i said “congrats!” after that, i said, “does anyone want to get started with a margarita or beer today?” and the same woman said, “i just said she graduated form a rehabilitation program….shes an alcoholic…” SILENCE. i was horrified. in the moment, my mind was scattered and i thought she meant like physical therapist or something. anyways, i literally walked away and then came back 10 seconds later and regreeted them by saying “hey, anybody want some waters!!?”😭. they thought it was funny how i just restarted the whole interaction.

My table asked for 30 wings - each order has 10 that come with it so apparently they meant 3 orders of wings = 30 total wings, but I rang in wings 30 times = 300 wings 😊

greeted these guests (2 top), took their food and drink orders and put them in. got them their complimentary bread and plates. walked by every couple of minutes to ask if they were okay, and took their apps/salads out when they came up. when i brought their entrees, i asked if they needed any sauces to complement their meals. they said “no, but we would like some drinks.” i had forgotten to bring their drinks….
