I went to an Aveda school and there were times we literally didn't legally have enough teachers for the amount of students we had at the time. Honestly a total waste of money

I paid a lot of money to have no instructors there while I took clients and made them more money. The campus director hated the students and we all felt it.

Girls at my school got sexually harassed and assaulted by a client but the owner and business people said “well they have money” like that makes it acceptable

There were several girls literally SA’d by clients on the esthetic side and they DID NOT inform the students and tried to cover it up. Amongst a list of other horrible things like calling the police on student for things as little as dress code. I had the worst experience 😒

as a cosmetology educator, we're not all like this. Im so sorry to any student who has been treated this way 😔 I treat all my students with love and respect, they are my little chickadees and I love them so much ❤️

as a former student from this school as well that graduated 4 years ago this means so much to us who were afraid to speak up. THANK YOU for using your platform to spread awareness of this issue!! there was never a day that i left that school not in tears or extremely anxious to even show up the next day. allegedly they made a “burn book” of current students, former students & former staff. they bullied 2 INSTRUCTORS out of the school & their receptionist. it’s absolutely unacceptable & disgusting behavior coming from women who are 50+. again THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU🤍🤍
