We kinda just leave the kennel out for a few days before so the cats get used to it! Maybe try that next time?

Get a slightly larger carrier, one that opens on top too. Take the door off and leave it out always with soft blankets and kitty treats. Might be able to get her to go in on her own next time

If it makes you feel any better, I thought the issue with crooks and nannies was that it was supposed to be nannies and crooks and it was only once dad chats said it I realized
