Being nervous is not a crime or reasonable suspicion to run a canine. without lawful ARTICULABLE suspicion there is a crime being committed he cannot run the dog. SCOTUS ruled nervousness alone is not suspicious and is actually very normal behavior for most people when pulled over. A friend got pulled over for a turn signal and without lawful reason ran the dog, found illegal shit, three him in jail and all charges were dismissed. He might just have a case here. the officer didn't have sufficient evidence to search
