5 things I’m not afraid to admit at 46. 1️⃣ ChatGPT is my business advisor. Not for my ideas but for the things I never learned. I spent 15 years raising kids, not learning how to run a business. Chats helped me launch my website, troubleshoot computer glitches, negotiate, and sometimes he’s just a cold, helpful robot shoulder to cry on 🥲 2️⃣ I get Botox. Not a secret. Not a scandal (but my God you would think it was!) I waited 45 years to come out of hiding and I’ve put in the work to feel this good. I want to look my best too:) 3️⃣ I get envious of other women. Envy isn’t ugly if you use it as a mirror. It shows me where I’m not showing up for myself. If you don’t use it to grow, it turns you bitter. If you do, it becomes fuel. I spent the first half of my life too scared to follow my hearts calling and any woman I saw confidently following hers was an immediate threat. This made me envious and ugly and bitter and when I learned that I was envious because they had something that I wanted— it changed everything. 4️⃣ I want to fall in love. Not to fill a void, or out of loneliness. I’ve built a life I love and become a woman I’m proud of. Now I want a partner who reflects that back to me, and someone I can pour my heart into—not as a mother, but as a woman. Call me crazy! Maybe I am 💃 5️⃣ I’m scared most of the time. Every post, every email, every step forward—I feel fear first. But I do it anyway. Growth doesn’t come from confidence.
