He’s lucky he didn’t get in trouble. I got a warning by the PNP for being at a People power rally in 1986 when I was living in Makati. They was strict about that then and still is strict about it.

The majority of the reason people are frustrated is because you have these politicians that own construction companies, and they were supposed to be a flood plane project to prevent flooding and major urban areas and to help prevent flooding of streets, but all that money was basically extorted out of the government and spent on personal luxurious items
