There’s currently no good clinical evidence that NMN reverses grey hair. If it did have any effect, it would be expected to affect new hair growth over time rather than make existing grey hair disappear within two months.

It won’t reverse your grey hair, I’ve been taking it for 2 years. It does help with energy levels during the day. I notice when I Dont take it, I start to feel fatigue around 4pm, when taking it this is reduced.
