The heart rate dips on the exhale. The system reads it as safety. Do it on purpose and the shoulders drop. The jaw unlocks. The fog thins. Not because you relaxed — because you flipped a physiological switch. Women spend years chasing a sleep fix for what is really a nervous-system problem. They keep refilling the tank and never touch the throttle. The cure for that bone-deep tiredness was NEVER more sleep. It was telling your body, on command, that it's finally safe to stop bracing.
