I'm absolutely terrified of the years to come. I have Pcos & adenomyosis. I tried spironolactone but had to stop because it plummeted my blood pressure (& didn't help the hirstutism). Endocrinology just said they'd see me next year. They gave me no other options. I don't know what to do.

I haven’t had a period and I don’t know how long I’m going to be 60 in March and I’m sure I’m way past the perimenopause probably in full swing menopause, but I don’t have any symptoms that I know of. I don’t have any issues so I’m not complaining, but I do have itchy ears consistently and is driving me crazy

Why will doctors not do saliva tests for free flowing? Because free flowing can be low and blood be normal.. correct?

As my Gynocologist told me he would draw blood as that don’t tell him anything he goes off of symptoms.

Exactly what my Dr told me, all my hormones are in normal range and she said she mostly looks at FSH for menopause. See what they are next year lol.

My fhs test was done way after my period 🤦🏻♀️and supposedly it was normal but I am having perimenopause symtomps for almost 2 years now 😢

I had a full hysterectomy with both ovaries removed so an oophorectomy in 2019 and have been on estradiol ever since… I’m currently 53, I don’t get hot flashes, night sweats, but I do have weight gain, alcohol intolerance to where one drink feels like five and the occasional emotional increase/sensitivity …. Your thoughts?
