This is +13.5mm of bone expansion to create space for my tongue, open my airway, and give my brain and body the oxygen they should’ve had all along. For years I adapted to: • mouth breathing 😮‍💨 • tension, clenching, neck pain • poor sleep & “pushing through” fatigue None of that was “just getting older.” It was structure.
